The following documents should be readily available when requested by an Enforcement body (HSE):

• Gate description, drawings & electrical schematics.
• Risk assessment for the gate/site being installed.
• Force testing results.
• List of supporting standards (When using BS EN13241-1 Part 1).
• Conformity documents from drive unit manufacturer.
• Installation instructions for drive units, safety devices etc.
• Operating instructions for the product & maintenance log.
• A copy of the declaration of conformity.
• Information must be kept on file for a minimum period of 10 years.
